Your home country and wedding location may be different. Let us know what is already arranged locally, when you expect to travel and which decisions you would like help with from a distance. We can then discuss the scope and practical arrangements around your celebration.

Can you work with our budget?
Share the budget allocated to K&A’s services, rather than assuming the entire wedding budget will be spent with us. We’ll discuss priorities before preparing a tailored quote.
Do we need a venue or date already?
No. Tell us what is confirmed and what is still flexible. An enquiry can be reviewed before a date is agreed.
Can we enquire from outside South Africa?
Yes. Include your country, time zone and the wedding location so we can discuss support and arrange a suitable time to connect.
Can we choose only some of your services?
Yes. Tell us whether you need planning, coordination, flowers, styling, personalised details or a combination. We will confirm the support and responsibilities in your proposal.
What is the difference between planning and coordination?
Planning helps shape the arrangements leading up to your wedding. Coordination focuses on bringing the agreed plans together on the day. We will discuss what is already organised and which support suits your celebration.
Does styling include setup and pack-down?
Setup and pack-down can form part of your brief. Venue access, timing and responsibility for hired items need to be discussed and included in the agreed scope.
Can you recreate an inspiration photograph?
Photographs help us understand your taste. We will discuss how the look could be interpreted for your venue, budget and available flowers or décor, rather than assume every item in a photograph is available.
Are flowers and hire items guaranteed?
Availability, substitutions, travel, setup and hire requirements must be confirmed in your individual quote. An enquiry does not reserve items or a date.
